Nov 12, 2020 · was considering to build my own pc but had noticed a pre built including rtx 3070 in a local store. Unfortunately when it arrived and I turned it on, the fans were really, really loud. Now after an hour they started to be a bit more quiet, but they do keep going loud every five minutes or something.

Edit: This one says specifically "Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 3070 Gaming OC 8G LHR (rev. 2.0)" under Graphics - Model section, otherwise it usually says NVIDIA Model GeForce RTX 30XX which is the luck of the draw.

Jul 18, 2021 · You could probably get it even cheaper if you downgrade the motherboard then go for a faster 10gen or Ryzen 5 CPU. They asked for a price list not a faint recall of yesteryear parts. ozbargain techfast all day imo. Not good value, it's $600 more than this Techfast build which has an R5 3600 and a 3070 Ti at $1,995.

I'm okay with waiting, though. I've been rocking an i5-4670K/770 for the last 6.5 years, I can wait another couple months for a massive upgrade. I'm more concerned about the quality of the pre-built. I've heard mixed things about almost every company selling them.

Mar 21, 2021 · Ok so I've decided to get a gaming PC with a $1500-1800 budget. I want something future proof so I'm thinking RTX 3070. As for CPUs.. I've read multiple debates between AMD Ryzen vs Intel and I still can't decide. My gaming needs are not that intense. The only game I play is WoW, but I still want a beast PC that will last for years.
