This comes with a significant loss of revenue, and none of their cars will be locked into any race. It's a cloud over championship weekend where 23XI Racing is making its Championship 4 debut with Tyler Reddick.

Denny Hamlin, along with Michael Jordan the co-owner of 23XI Racing, for the first time is not guaranteeing their team will field cars at the start of the next season. His indecision at Phoenix Raceway came a day after a federal judge denied a temporary injunction that would have recognized 23XI and Front Row Motorsports as chartered teams as they continue their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR and chairman Jim France.

Denny Hamlin is co-owner of the 23XI Racing team alongside Michael Jordan and they face an uncertain future ahead of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season.
